Returns and Exchanges
Returns Policy
We hope you adore your new Zada Sol PTY LTD pieces! But if you have a change of heart, we're happy to offer returns within 30 days receiving your order, in exchange for a store credit.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered in the case of faulty items. If you believe you've received a defective product, please contact us within 30 days. Be sure to include your Order number and a clear photo of the fault in an email to hello@zadasol.com.au and our team will assist you further.
Non-returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any custom made or personalised items.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be in original condition.

Have all tags still attached.

Be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Delivery Costs
Please be aware that original shipping charges are not included in store credits or refunds. As a growing small business, shipping fees help us cover the cost of sending out your order and are therefore non-refundable.
Sale Items
All sale purchases are final. We cannot offer returns, exchanges, or credits for items bought on sale.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item purchased online, simply email us at hello@zadasol.com.au with your order number and the item details. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll issue you a store credit (excluding original shipping), which you can use to place a new order.
Credit Notes
Credit notes will be issued for the total value of the returned items, excluding any shipping costs. These will be sent as a unique gift code, valid or 12 months, and can be applied at checkout during your next purchase.
